Fort Recovery Industries, Inc. offers a vision plan through VSP. This is a comprehensive plan for all vision services. You may use any provider for your vision services; however, using an in-network provider will reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
Vision Coverage
Will I receive an insurance card?
No. VSP does not use insurance cards. You will simply tell your provider that you are covered by VSP and they can you look up using the carriers social security number!
How do I start my account?
Once you are enrolled in vision insurance, starting an account is easy. Just head to VSP-Create an Account. You will fill in the information based on the member holder. Once you have created your account you can log in to get information about your vision coverage, access your Member ID Card, and more.
