Prescription Coverage

FRI utilizes CarelonRx Pharmacy as its designated prescription provider, ensuring that employees and members have access to a comprehensive pharmacy service for their medication needs. CarelonRx Pharmacy is responsible for fulfilling prescriptions, managing formulary benefits, and offering support related to prescription medications, such as dosage information, potential side effects, and refill management.

CarelonRx makes it easy to search your prescription in their ‘Covered Drugs List.’ All of their covered prescriptions will be listed within this search function. Simply click the bolded link above to start your search.

In order to avoid having prescriptions denied, you should inform your provider that you get prescription coverage through Anthem’s pharmacy provider, CarelonRx. Your provider will then be able to work with you and the pharmacy to make sure that you are able to get your prescriptions.
